TEAM SUPERGORGE FITNESS CHALLENGE!
Team SuperGorge has a sexy photo shoot coming up in 2 weeks, so we decided that we need to get it right and tight before the camera’s start flashing! Although 2 weeks is not a lot of time, trainer Deanna Jefferson told us it is enough time to see reasonable results, such as losing 2-3 lbs a week!
My personal goal is to lose 8lbs so I am stretching it a little! I currently weigh……….wait for………………….OMG, I can’t believe I am about to tell you guys my weight………………………it’s 153, yikes!
I’ve always been curvy and held weight in my hips and legs but now I am starting to notice the weight in my face and that’s a huge problem for me! My ideal weight for myself is 145.
Like most people I have a love hate relationship with working out, I will go hard for a few weeks and then slack off, part of it is finding the time and another part is I would like work out partners, so with the entire Team Supergorge doing this fitnes challenge I hope I will be able to stick with.
In order for me to reach my goal I have to
a) cut back on junk food and candy. I am obsessed with snacks!
b) Do at least 1 hr of cardio a day and 3/4 days of resistance and strength training. I have an elliptical at home so there is know excuse for me not getting my cardio in!
This week I’m taking the ladies to visit my boxing training Floyd, we will also be visiting Deanna’s bootcamp and doing a cleanse. I will keep you updated on my progress and share pictures!
