With WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH coming to an end ,we decided to showcase women like ourselevs. Our guest (s) this week on SUPERGORGE RADIO , were some of the top female bloggers in the DMV (DC, MD,VA). We had Ty ( GorgeousinGrey.com), Mia (THEFABEMPIRE.COM), Jasmine (THEJASMINEBRAND.COM) and Melissa (VANITYRICH.COM) in the studio with us. We had such a fun time  chatting with the girls. Of course we talked  about blogging, how our blogging lives interfere with our personal lives,dating, male and female groupies and social networking stunting! Each Season has it’s own standout item for both sexes. Spring is approaching and one of my personal favorite items in the Spring is about to give me a fashion boost. It’s The Trench Coat. Im sure you’re thinking “trench coats are “IN” during the winter” and you’re right. But I’m speaking on the thin, cotton type of trench (not wool). A trench coat can be exactly what’s needed to give your outfit the exact Finish it needs. If I wore some jeans, a tee and a Cardigan; a trench would be the icing on the cake. My fairy GodFamily, the Kardashians/Jenners are the May cover girls for RedBook Magazine. The inside cover has Kendall and Kylie , the youngest of the bunch along with cutie pie Mason! In the magazine Momma Kris talks about how she and her family have built a brand and that it “irritates” her when people ask what her daughters do for a living.

The 3 best friends that anyone could have are back this summer!! The much anticipated sequel to the 2009 HANGOVER (which grossed $467million) is here!  The entire gang is back ,Bradley Cooper,Ed Helms. Zach Galifianakis, Justin Bartha and even Mike Tyson.

The sequel takes place in Bangkok, Thailand with Stu (Helms) getting married! We are sure this will be another hiarious bachlorette party that the guys will  NEVER remember!!!

As the cover girl for  the Spring 2011 i-D Magazine ” Exhibitionist Issue” 20 year old model Jourdann Dunn opens up about mother hood as a single parent.

What’s the best thing about motherhood?
J: The unconditional love for you child, it’s truly amazing. I will always put Riley before anything else because I’m a mother first, everything else comes after.
What’s the hardest?
J: Riley has Sickle Cell disease, so the hardest thing is not knowing if RIley is just miserable or if he’s in pain and having a crisis. Last December he has his first crisis and he was submitted to hospital for a blood transfusion. It was the scariest thing. All I wanted to do was take the pain away… I felt helpless as a mother. But now we have experienced his first crisis we are more prepared and know what to look out for. I am hoping to be able to lend my support to a Sickle Cell charity in the near future, as I want to try and help raise money and awareness about this disease.

Where have I been all this time? I didn’t know Jourdan had a 1 1/2 year old son, nor did I know that her son’s father was arrested for coccaine use! Geesh!

Learning that Jourdan is a mom and that her son is sick , makes me like her more. It’s tough being a mom to a healthy child,  couldn’t imagine the heart ache she must go through when her child gets sick!

For the past few months colored lipstick has been popping up everywhere and I’m not talking yournormal reds and pinks, nope! I’m talking purples, blues, green and yellow on your lips! At 1st I HATED this new lipstick trend! It’s not really appealing and VERY costumey, but after seeing it more and more on a few different people my few has some what shifted! Continue reading →

You all know that I love Evelyn from Basketball Wives. Yes I know she can come off as harsh and a little rude, but to me it’s real. She is a straight forward person, you will either love her or hate her, and I’m a lover. From what I know of Evelyn, I respect her grind. While it may seem she is just a pretty face who lucked up with an athlete that’s merely the case. At 17 Evelyn was a single mother and after a 11 year engagement , Evelyn was left with nothing, but her engagement ring (which she pawned to open her store DULCE). Now Evelyn is a proud mom, business women , television star and fiance to Chad Ocho Cinco, not bad!

Check out up and coming rapper and VH1′s Love & Hip Hop star Somaya Reece’s new video.  Somoya does’t really come off a s a lyrical rapper , this song is more sing talk, not really blow for blow lyrics.But it’s cute, Right now Nicki Minaj is the only lady holding down the rap game, up and coming female rappers have to bring more then just a cute face.  You need it all! Somaya, has the face and the reality show going for her , but she is going to have to learn some move and find her niche!

It’s spring so we all our trying to get our asses nice and fit and tennis shoes companies are taking notice, literally. Every company from Nike, to Skechers and Reebok are selling tennis shoes that “promise” to lift and firm your booty, and they are getting celebs with great derrieres to do their selling! Reebok has made EVA MENDES as the new “face” of their REEBOK EASY TONES!

Jessica White showed up to the GREY GOOSE Rising Icons, in this copper mini dress!The color of the dress is amazing on her skin, but other than that I am not feeling it! The dress looks unfinished, her hair and make look very DIY (do it yourself), Jessica is such a gorgeous girl, this is a let down!
