E! News correspondent Giuliana Rancic has been very open about her struggles with her recent breast cancer diagnosis. She opened up to her fans almost as soon as she received the news and even once she chose to get a double lumpectomy. Well, now she’s going all the way and is choosing to get a double mastectomy.  She says, “At the end, all it came down to was choosing to live and not looking over my shoulder for the rest of my life.” She also says her decision to have children also has a major part to do with moving forward. She said another lumpectomy would put an even further hold on her desire to have children. Her husband Bill told her, ’I just need you around for the next 50 years…” We’re still praying for you Giuliana. Watch the video inside.
