Well well well! Remember when Halle Berry’s ex , and father of her daughter Nahla, Gabriel Aubry was trying to get custody of their 3 year old daughter because of Halle’s work schedule? Well it looks like Aubry is now the one that is under the microscope!  It seems last week Nahla’s nanny went to pick her up from school, but Nahla hadn’t attended shool that day. According to sources  the nanny went to Gabriel’s house to get Nahla, once she arrived she picked up the child and asked Gabriel why Nahla wasn’t taken to school. I guess Gabriel wasn’t feeling it so he flew off the handle yelling and screaming at the nanny, calling her the help, and telling her she didn’t deserves answers. The source also says Gabriel pushed her into the wall while holding Nahla! Police were called and an investigation by the police and Halle is underway for child endangerment!
