And another two bite the dust but this time it comes with video and a bounty. On Monday WWE wrestler CM Punk surprisingly lashed out at Christ Brown tweeting, “I would like @chrisbrown fight somebody that can defend themselves. Me curb stomping that turd would be a #wrestlemania moment.”

And yall know true to himself, Breezy tweeted a response right back,( that was of course before he later deleted it) tweeting,

“@CMpunk needs more followers. He’s such a leader! Not to mention the roids hes on has made it utterly impossible for him to pleasure a women.”

CM Punk whose real name is Phillip Jack Brooks then responded with a direct twitvid to Chris Brown

(Click here to see the twitvid) Phillip ended things out by inviting Chris to the ring saying,

“So, Chris want to throw stones my way and I say that’s fine, but I say put some gloves on in the ring and I will choke you out and make you feel as weak and powerless and scared and alone as any woman has had the misfortune of knowing any sad, cowardly little boy as yourself. And all proceeds can go to a women’s charity of my choosing.”

An entertaining Chris Brown again tweeted then deleted,

“@cmpunk the video u posted was cute! It’s so funny how defensive you are.”

And then next on the list is writer, Kevin Seccia who is offering a 1,000 prize to whoever beats up Chris Brown. Man,  people are really giving him the blues. He slanders Chris Brown in his blog saying, “Chris Brown is a horrible human being. This is something we should all agree on.”  Concluding that he has no remorse for what he done, and deserves karma, “So… 1000 bucks to the first person who pummels him. Go get it,Here’s where it gets tricky, legally. I consulted with a lawyer about my liability and she said the following:,

“Theoretically, if you tweeted an offer of $1000 to anyone who punched Chris Brown and someone actually believed you were serious and did it, and that person was criminally prosecuted for the assault, you could theoretically also be prosecuted, though the likelihood of that happening seems incredibly remote. The theory of prosecution for you (as distinct to the theory of prosecution of the person who did the hitting) would probably be what’s called “solicitation.” In New York, you could be charged with criminal solicitation because you arguably solicited, requested, commanded, importuned or otherwise attempted to cause someone else to engage in criminal conduct. 

Here’s the catch though (and why I think it wildly improbably that you would be prosecuted): the prosecutor would have to show that you had the specific intent that the person actually commit the crime. If you tweeted it, obviously intending it as a joke with no actual intent that someone would do it, then I can’t imagine a reasonable prosecutor pursuing charges.”

He then writes that this is all a joke-partially, what a way to joke…. ha–ha–no!
