Hip Hop’ s Prince Diggy Simmons is featured in the new issue of Rolling Out Magazine! Diggy is gearing up for his debut album,Unexpected Arrival which will be released March 20th, the day before his birthday. Pipe down Cougars! Diggy is only turning 17!!  Diggy is giving skateboard fly in his fashion spread. Although I hate the words swagger and swag Diggy does have it!
