Awwwww, now don’t we just love the Carter clan? Just can’t help it. Looks like they’re still celebrating their 4 year anniversary. Momma Bey and Papa Jay were spotted on vacay with their little bundle of joy, B.I.C. They’ve opened up so much this year, but we still want to see more of Blue’s little face! I guess seeing her little feet-feet will have to hold us over.
