Here we go….Sketchers got the attention for their Shape-Ups with celebrities like Kim K. and Brooke Burke. Well, apparently Sketchers was caught in a lie by the Federal Trade Commission. The FTS has Sketchers handing over a whopping $40 milli. That’s a big check to cut for a lie.

Sketchers inflated stories about the shoes effectiveness. They claimed your stomach, legs and booty would see massive improvement. Not so much I guess…Customers who purchased the Shape-Ups are entitled to a refund, but the shoes are only about $100, so I’m guessing the rest of the money is going to fees and fines. Now, I’m just wondering when people are going to start blaming our girl Kim. Like I said..here we go.
