Our favorite E! News correspondent Giulana Rancic and her husband Bill have been extremely open about their infertility struggles. Then Giuliana revealed she had breast cancer. The pair remained strong and very open with fans about their journey and then shared the great news that they were expecting a baby through a surrogate.

On their Style Network show they played with the idea of sharing the baby’s sex, but didn’t until today via Twitter and to (of course) E! News. It’s a BOY! We’re oh so very excited for these two. Congrats to the Rancics!
