Beyonce debuted this new promo picture on her tumblr page. Not sure if this picture was taken before or after Blue (we think after) , but it does hint that something is brewing in Beyonce land!! We need something Bey! A full tour, an award show appearance, something! Oh yeah and can we get a picture of Baby Blue?
