Word on the street is that Brown’s long time manager, Tina Davis has been fired and Akon’s bro Bu Thiam will fill the spot. Bu has alot of experience. He has also helped manage the careers of Lady Gaga and T-pain so hopefully with the help of Bu, Chris’ next album will sell through the roof!

We all know that Beyonce and Jay-z are 2 of the most powerful names in hip-hop and music period but they must really be rolling in the dough to be able to rent out a 31,000 sqq ft home in the Hamptons  with a price tag of 400 thousand A MONTH! The home is said to include a two-lane bowling alley, virtual golf, skateboard half-pipe, a rock-climbing wall, a full bar, recording studio and much more.
