Reality star Evelyn Lozada was spotted out on a beach in Miami, Florida, for the 1st time since the head butting incident with her husband , Chad Ocho Cinco. Evelyn wore a maxi dress, sunglasses, NO WEDDING RING  and a paperboy hat. TMZ is reporting the Ev is refusing to be seen without a hat because of the laceration left on her forehead, which she had to get stitches for. TMZ also says says that Ev and her daughter Shanice are currently headed to Barbados to get away from all the media. A break may be just what Evelyn needs right now, time to regroup.
