Congrats are majorly in order for Tyga and new baby mama Chyna. Yesterday, they welcomed cutesy son King Cairo. And now it’s been reported that he purchased a $6.5 million home in Calabasas, California near celebrity neighbors Drake, Justin Bieber and Travis Parker. The house is absolutely SuperGorge, boasting 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a gym, movie theatre, pool, four fire places, and a whole lot more!

The baby and the house make huge transitional moments in anyone’s life, but the irony is..just yesterday Tyga’s Malibu landlord said he was behind on his $16,000 per month rent and now he’s suing him. I’m hoping this is a misunderstanding because being sued for not paying rent and then turning right around and buying a multi-million dollar home is no bueno.

Either way, we still congratulate him on the awesome pad, and hope all works out with that rent situation…
