Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz  just made it even more cozy for their baby boy … buy purchasing a 25,000 square home in NJ that  previously belonged to  Eddie Murphy!

The couple dropped a whopping $12 million , but GET THIS they actually got the house for half its price! Originally selling for $30 million seven years ago Alicia and Hubby made out!

It has 7 bedrooms, 9 1/2 bathrooms, recording studio, indoor pool, bowling alley … need I say more??

Ugh, and as if this isn’t already enough, Keys wants to buy an additional 2 acres of land located in the back of the estate!

HMMM .. bigger house = more room … sounds like someone plans to have another bun in the oven … or three!
