Well Ashanti was spotted at MTV Studios in New York City in this Balmain outfit and Givenchy Check Embossed Lace Up Booties. Now I know they say mixing patterns usually works if they’re in the same hue BUT Ashanti…sweetie…this is not working for me. I mean she was never really known as a fashion icon so I’m not too surprised about this outfit. I’m not sure what part of this outfit needs to go, hmmmm maybe the shoes? June 1st Ashanti did an appearance + private group chats + an interview. (I would have thrown in a lunch and an autographed picture for that price.) The purpose of her appearance was to encourage the kids to follow their dreams, stay in school, build support network of family and friends and overall prosper in life.

I’m very confused about this one Ashanti…the leotard has some sheer sections that really puzzle me. But whatevs. I’m kinda liking her hair. Typically, red is not my cup of tea, but it’s working for her. Now, I don’t think we should judge the slippers because they’re not really a part of the outfit.
