This week I had a little chat with rapper Kirko Bangz, who is currently covering XXL Magzine for the 2013 Freshman list!! Kirko talks about feeling as though he’s the most underrated artist out right now and says that unlike Kanye & A$AP Rocky you won’t catch him rocking full leather outfits or kilts as outfits. He describes his fashion as “playa.” Kirko also talks about recently being asked to be on Beyonce’s BOW DOWN Remix and then not making the final cut. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: ASHLEY HOSTS “STYLE FILE” ON 106 & PARK

Last night I had the opportunity to appear on BET’s 106 & Park for their “STYLE FILE” segment along with celebrity stylist Jason Bolden!! We were asked to critique 4 looks worn over the past week from Keisha Knight Pulliam, Kandi Burruss, Jada Pinkett-Smith and Nene Leakes as well as a hidden celebrity which turned out to be Eve. As always, I gave my honest opinion on their looks.
I absolutely loved doing this segment. Before I went on I was super nervous, not talking much (which is unusual) and I even had sweaty palms, Lol. But as I walked to the elevator, I took a deep breath and said “Ash, you got this.” I just told myself to go out there and be myself, even though my husband tells me “myself” is sometimes “too real,” but that’s all I know how to be!

WATCH ASHLEY HOST “STYLE FILE” ON BET’S 106 & PARK TONIGHT!

I am so excited to be hosting STYLE FILE tonight on BET’s 106 & Park. It’s currently 5:45AM and as tired as I am, my nerves haven’t let me get much sleep!! I’m usually not really an overly nervous person, but I’m also usually not on live TV in front of millions either!!! This is a little different from my celebrity interviews and even from doing SUPERGORGE Radio!
Before we go live, I’ll just take a big “woosah.” So far, this is one of the biggest moments in my career and I hope from this, many more television opportunities present themselves. I truly feel like it’s what I was born to do! I can talk about entertainment and fashion all day!

Hey Guys! When IAMSUPERGORGE.com was 1st started, there were a lot more personal blogs. As the site (and my family, lol) rapidly grew I’ve had less and less time to dedicate to personal blogs. But I feel that it’s time for me to get back to doing more personal posts. A lot of you guys inquire about L’Ore’al and my clothes, shoes, hair, make up etc.,so we will be sure to give you posts featuring our Outfit Of The Day, make up choices, hair products, our friends, what we’re doing and so much more!!!
Last night I went out for #CIROCMADNESS to celebrate the DMV’s new Ciroc Ambassador, Flexxa. Our 1st stop was Lucky Strike Bowling Alley. All of the DMV’s CIROC FAMILY was in the building bowling, eating, drinking Ciroc and laughing. Yes,I bowled…traded in the 6 inches for bowling shoes. I hadn’t bowled in years, and my score showed it, lol.
After we left Lucky Strike we partied at PARK AT THE 14TH, where DJ Quicksilva(my boothang, lol) had us all the way turned up, standing on couches popping bottles!! Good times!!!

Earlier this week I had the chance to chop it up with new artist Ravaughn at the DTLR/Direct Drive record pool meeting in Washington DC at Bar 7.
Ravaughn is the newest artist signed to Neyo’s Compound Records/Columbia, hailing from Los Angeles. Currently Ravaughn’s single, BETTER BE GOOD, featuring Wale is heating up the charts and the video recently debuted. Not only is this girl SUPERGORGE, she also seems very down to earth, can REALLY sing live and has some feistiness to her. While performing she was playful, yet with a straight face took a pause while some members of the crowd were talking, and told them she’d wait until they were done (Lol).

Yay!! Today is my due date and I’m getting induced today!!! Very excited!!!! Although this pregnancy has seemed extra long, thinking back, it went by kind of fast! My husband, son and I are so excited to have our little girl finally here in just a few hours!! I’m a little nervous about getting induced, but I am sure everything will go great!!!!
