Jeezy speaks for the streets! He says that multiple times in his interview with Big Boy from Power 106 about his brawl with Rick Ross at the 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards. He basically says he doesn’t do any of this for T.V. and clowns Gucci Man in the same interview. Respect!

Last night’s BET Awards were full of surprises, some fun stuff, performances and lots of chatter about Jay/Bey/Kanye/Kim. The performance of the night was certainly the Whitney Houston tribute. And the best dressed is still in up the air.

Many view tonight as the biggest night in Black entertainment, and we typically enjoy the BET Awards like any other award show, but you know our fave time of the night is the red carpet. So kick back and check out some of the great stuff and the not so great stuff inside.

D’ANGLEO SET TO PERFORM AT THE 2012 BET AWARDS!

Earlier we treated you to D’Angelo’s Untitled (How does It Feel) video, and now we’ve learned that the singer will be performing at the 2012 BET Awards! This is D’Angelo’s 1st televised performance in over 10 years , so we’ll be glued to see if still has the voice and if his body is back (remember he got fat a few years ago?). The BET Awards air live on July 1st at 8pm!
