Before you get your panties in a bunch..yes Evelyn is allowing the restraining order to expire. What this means is that Chad is nearing the end of his batterer’s intervention classes and once he faces the judge, the no-contact order will probably be over.

Last week, rumors were swirling about Evelyn doing an interview with Oprah about her marriage and divorce to Chad OchoCinco Johnson. It later came out that she was going to grant her first interview to Robin Roberts on Good Morning America, but we told you earlier this week that Robin was going taking a leave of absence to deal with her MDS.
So, now that Robin is out, who’s in? The interview is still on and will be conducted by Amy Robach. It’s been reported that Evelyn was very understanding of the situation and is more than okay with the change.
We would’ve love to have see the interview done by Robin, but will be watching one way or another.

Wow! We were literally (just minutes ago) talking about this on our radio show. After Saturday night’s altercation, now less than a week later Evelyn has filed for divorce from Chad Ochocinco Johnson. According to TMZ,
“Evelyn Lozada filed legal docs moments ago in Florida, claiming her marriage is “irretrievably broken.”
The trigger for the divorce was the domestic violence incident over the weekend, in which Chad Johnson was arrested after allegedly headbutting her during an argument.

Well, I guess this answers my question from earlier…I was curious to know how much of this weekend’s drama would be shown on Chad and Evelyn’s VH1 reality show, “Ev & Ocho.” The answer is NONE. After the very serious domestic abuse charges brought against Chad for head butting Evelyn, VH1 has decided not to air any of the show. We told you months ago about the great payday they received for the new show. Regardless of how much money the network has forked out, they want no parts of this show or this situation.

Chad Ochocinco Johnson had quite the rough weekend. First he got into a physical altercation with his new wife Evelyn Lozada. Said altercation led to Chad‘s arrest and then he was released from his Miami Dolphins NFL contract! OUCH!
The Dolphins gave no official reasoning for Chad‘s release, but they did announce that they were terminating his contract. Right now, Chad is out on $2,500 bail.
This is messy…I’m wondering how much of it we’ll get to see on their new VH1 show “Ev & Ocho.”

Antoine, Antoine, Antoine…this is quite sad. Last year we told you Evelyn was being sued for blowing over $500K of Antoine’s money. I’m assuming things cooled down in that situation, but not so much for Antoine’s personal finances. He was forced to sell his championship ring for $21,500. That ring is really priceless..well, not really because it’s been sold, but that’s something that’s not even attainable to most people. Times must be really hard, especially knowing Evelyn just got her own personal check for $300K for 2 months of work on a show about her and her NEW fiance. Ain’t that bout a b*tch!
