Besides Chris Brown  and his body guard, several party goers were injured during the fight/ bottle toss between him and Drake. One of those party goers was basketballer and ex hubby to Eva Longoria Tony Parker!  Tony suffered a scratched cornea from the altercation.  Today Tony has filed a law suit against the club W.I.P. and  its operators for $20 million , siting that the club neglected security and supervision.

Hmmmm $20 million Tony? I’ve had a scartched cornea before , it heeled in a few days, so I think $20 million is a bit extreme. But, his career is basketball , in which he needs his eye sight to make his own millions, but don’t we all! We will see how this one plays out!
