REMEMBERING TRAYVON MARTIN 1 YEAR AFTER HIS MURDER

It’s the 1 year anniversary of the death of teenager Trayvon Martin. Murdered by George Zimmerman last February, Travyon was unarmed and walking home from the store when he was shot and killed. This uphill battle for justice to be served has been an eye opener for the entire world.
Last year SuperGorge helped organize a Baltimore rally in an effort to seek justice for his murder.
We celebrate Trayvon’s Life and the right to dress yourself how you so choose. Wear your hoodie proud and in honor of Trayvon Martin.
There is a candle light vigil in New York City today at the South Plaza of Union Square at 6 p.m.
SAD NEWS: LOS ANGELES LAKERS OWNER, JERRY BUSS DIES AT AGE 80

Right after AllStar Weekend, the NBA has suffered a great loss. Owner of the Los Angeles Lakers, Jerry Buss has died of complications from cancer.
Jerry’s success is a great rags to riches story and the self-made millionaire’s journey could be an inspiration to many. After owning the Lakers Organization for 30 years he is well respected and will be missed. NBA commissioner David Stern said,
“Jerry Buss helped set the league on the course it is on today.”
The family is in our prayers.

MICHAEL CLARKE DUNCAN MEMORIAL AND A ‘GREEN MILE’ SCREENING IN ONE

Fans said goodbye to Michael Clarke Duncan at a private memorial yesterday at the Hall of Liberty in Forest Lawn. The viewing was followed by a screening of the Green Mile. A private invite-only ceremony will be held for the 54 yr old Actor today.
Duncan passed away on Sept. 3 after suffering a myocardial infarction in July.

Very sad news! Violator record label and marketing group founder , Chris Lighty has passed after committing suicide . Chris and his wife Veronica, divorced last year after 7 years of marriage. Chris and Veronica also have a young son, and it’s also rumored that he had outside kids that he never claimed. Chris was found dead outside of his Bronx apartement on Thursday morning from a self inflicted gun shot wound to the head. He was said to have committed sucide after a fight with his ex-wife Veronica. Chris was also going through financial issues owing over $5 million to the IRS. Our prayers are with his family.
