MIGUEL SAYS FRANK OCEAN DIDN’T DESERVE A GRAMMY STANDING OVATION

TMZ caught up with singer Miguel and asked him about his defeat from Grammy winner Frank Ocean. Miguel said he is very competitive and it was hard to be gracious in his defeat, but congratulated his opponent none the less.
However, when he was asked if he had it to do over, would he stand to give Frank a standing ovation? He blatantly said, NO! Welp, there you have it guys. The shade is real on these streets. As we all know Chris Brown did budge and [barely] clapped for Frank. I’m sure that’s because they put the paws on each other right before the Grammys. But, why so salty Miguel? Hmmmm. We hope there is a story we can develop here… Besitos!

I’m going to go with a yes…Alicia Keys, who already has one son, Egypt, with husband Swizz Beatz looks like she may be sporting a new mini baby bump.

Roc Nation was certainly in the building today for it’s annual Grammy Brunch!! Of course Jay Z was there, along side his wife Beyonce and her sisters Solange and Kelly. Also in the building was June Ambrose, Bridget Kelly, Adrienne Bailon, Melanie Fiona, Tocarra and a host of others! To our surprise, Jay Z’s prodigy Rihanna was there with on again boyfriend Chris Brown!!! We’re a little shocked, but I guess these two can’t be worried about what others think! Hmm I wonder if they will walk the red carpet together at the Grammys tomorrow!! Check out pics of everyone at the brunch!

I find this kind of hilarious that The Grammys has sent out a memo to all attending celebrities, advising them not to wear anything that will potentially lead to a wadrobe malfunction! The memo goes as far as saying not to show under curves (think Toni Braxton’s 2001 white, spilt up to there dress), no butt cracks (yeah we don’t want to see that either), no ”puffy” genital regions (camel toe) and no breast nipples (LOL, breast nipples, where else do you have nipples?). Manicurist Kimmie Kyees uses a gel polish called called Amor 24. Why the 24 you ask? Because there’s an ounce of 24 karat gold in each bottle. The line was created by Red Carpet Manicure and is typically sold at places like Ulta for about 9.99, but obviously that doesn’t include the ounce of gold. Some of the other colors created for the night were “My Thank You Speech” and “Award Winning.” You can get those for $9.99. Don’t worry no one knows if there’s gold dust in you nail polish anyway.

Every year since 2008, LL Cool J has hosted CBS’ Live Grammy Nominations Concert, but this year, he’ll get the opportunity to host the actual Grammys. There hasn’t been an official host of the actual awards show since Queen Latifah hosted in 2005. Mr. Smith had this to say, “I’m thrilled to be part of Music’s Biggest Night…I will always have fond memories of my first Grammys Awards and to now be hosting the Grammy show, in the company of so many other incredible artists, is a dream come true.” You can check him out doing his hosting duties on February 12th at 8pm.
