We told you that Love & Hip Hop star, Mendeeces Harris was found innocent of molesting his step daughter, but that he was still in deep sh*t with the FEDS and facing 20 years on charges of trafficking $2.5 million in heroin, along with his brother and another guy! This is a picture of him being escorted into court last week to enter his plea…shackled and wolfing it!
So he still “look cute” to y’all??

“It’s Da Rule Baybyyyy”
Rapper Ja Rule is set to be released from jail very soon after serving most of his 2 year sentence!
Rule was put away due to possession of an illegal handgun. Reports confirm that he is very anxious to get back in the studio, but before he can begin working he has to clear up this tax evasion charge.
Right now, Rule is headed to federal custody, where he will be living in a half way house and expected to pay $1.1 million!

MAN WHO KILLED JENNIFER HUDSON’S FAMILY GET SENTENCED TO 3 CONSECUTIVE LIFE SENTENCES

It’s been 4 years since William Balfour, estranged brother in law of Jennifer Hudson killed her mother,brother and 8 year old nephew. Today Balfour was sentenced to 3 consecutive life sentences by the Chicago Cook County judicial systems, that’s 120 years! We are very pleased that justice has been served. Our prayers are still with the Hudson family!

Rapper , Beanie Sigel, 38, is headed to the big house for 2 years! The rapper only paid $10,000 of taxes from 1999-2002, in which her earned $2.2 million in taxable income, and in 2003.2004 and 2005 and didn’t pay any taxes at all, leaving him with a tax bill of $728,536 . Beanie, who’s real name is Dwight Grant, has until September 12th 2012 to turn himself into authorities!

We previously told you that undefeated welterweight boxer Floyd Mayweather had been sentenced to 90 days in jail after pleading guilty to beating up his child’s mother. Floyd is expected to turn himself into a county jail in Las Vegas today. Although sentenced to 90 days, the judge says Floyd will only serve about 60 days with good behavior and work. I don’t want to hear or see anyone screaming out “FREE FLOYD“, he deserves to serve his time! But I do wonder how this jail stint will affect his upcoming fight with a suspected Manny Pacquiao on Match 5th! We shall see!!
LINDSAY LOHAN SENTENCED TO 30 DAYS IN JAIL

Last month we told you that Lindsay Lohan was hauled into court after missing community service and violating her probation. Today, Lindsay was back in court and sentenced to 30 days in jail. We all know how this goes for celebrities though. Lindsay is sentenced to 30 days but in actuality she will only serve 20% of her time , which is 6 days. The judge did however say that Lindsay will complete all of her community service hours at the morgue.

A Few days we told you that 21 year old raper Soulja Boy has been arrested after a traffic stop. During the stop, police found weed, guns and money in vehicle. Soulja and others were arrested and released on $10,000 bond. While being escorted out of the bail bonds building, the apper told reporters, “I’m innocent!” UUUm Soulja , so someone set you up with weed?? Really? You’re innocent?! OK!!

We all know someone that is incarcerated, whether it is a family member, significant other, or a friend of a friend. We have either have all made the trip to visit an inmate or heard the stories of others making that trip. But when is enough enough? Are you allowed to move on with your life? Do you feel guilty if the father of your child is incarcerated and you never take that child to visit their other parent? As I was scrolling through my TV guide one day I came across the show ‘Prison Wives’ on the Investigation Discovery channel. I thought to myself not another lame reality show to degrade (Black) women. Surprisingly they had women from all races and walks of life. As I sat and watched I had to wonder about the mental stability of some of these women. How could you stay with a murderer? Child molester? Rapist? Why didn’t you get a divorce? How could you not move on 10, 15, 20 years later? Why did you pen pal a convict and marry him while he was incarcerated? During the entire show I am thinking of how LOW these women’s esteem must really be. If this grown man’s MOTHER is not even visiting him and “doing the time” with him, why should I?!?
