Congrats are in order for pint sized reality star Snooki! she and fiancé , Jionni welcomed their 1st son Lorenzo Dominic LaValle, at 6 lbs and 5 ounces. early this morning at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J.  ! We’re not sure if Snooki and baby will be returning to the hit show Jersey Shore, but I’m sure cameras capture some of the birthing drama for either Jersey Shore of her spin off with BFF , J Woww!
