Mel B’s oldest daughter Phoenix has reportedly filed assault charges against her father Jimmy Gulzar. She was on what began as a typical Daddy/Daughter visit when at the end of the visit he refused to let her leave. LAPD was called and after hours and a police stand off she was released from her father’s apartment.
