Reginae Carter, daughter of Antonia “Toya” Wright and Lil’ Wayne, celebrated her 14th birthday in ATL with an old school skate party. Her dad, Lil’ Wayne and stepdad, Mephitz were in attendance as well as the OMGirlz!, her grandma Carter, Sheneka Adams, Kandi Burrus and family, Rashida “Da Boss Chick (lol)” and family, YMCMB artist Lil’ Chuckee, Lauren London and many other fam and friends.
