Before you get your panties in a bunch..yes Evelyn is allowing the restraining order to expire. What this means is that Chad is nearing the end of his batterer’s intervention classes and once he faces the judge, the no-contact order will probably be over.
Now considering what has happened to Evelyn she could absolutely get another one, but she has decided not to. She says she simply wants to move on.

Usher is the latest celebrity to have to get a restraining order against a stalker! On June 23rd a 26 year old woman, Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw, showed up to Usher’s house, pounding on the door and demanding to be let in, while Usher and his family was home. Police were called and ordered the woman to leave and never return again, but she showed back up the very next day, and this time tried to convince police that she was Usher’s wife and didn’t have her house keys! she was then arrest and Usher placed a restraining order against her siting that ’placed him in reasonable fear for his own safety and/or the safety of his immediate family‘. JUDGE DENIED SELENA GOMEZ’S PERMANENT RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST MAN WHO’S CONTINUOUSLY THREATENED TO KILL HER

We’re all in shock for you Selena! Last month we told you about Thomas Brodnicki, the man who said he’s had talks with God about killing the Disney star. Shortly after that he was detained and is still temporarily in a mental facility, but that may be the problem. Because he wasn’t physically in court the judge decided he wouldn’t issue a permanent restraining order against him until being able to hear his side of the story. Brodnicki has spoken with TMZ, but did not make any attempt to reach the courts. Either way, the judge has extended the temporary restraining order. Selena and her lawyers are in shock. It’s clear that this is an unstable individual. The next hearing is January 6th. Good luck Selena. We’re on your side.
