It’s clear that Russell Brand wasn’t with Katy Perry for her money….not one penny of the $44 million she made last year. Over the course of the 14 month marriage he became entitled to 50% of her earnings because there was no pre-nup. Once the divorce is finalized in June, that’ll be it. No messy divorce court, no fighting, and no dividing of the money…well isn’t that civil. Katy you should drink to that!

Another celebrity couple bites the dust. Russell Brand has reportedly filed for a divorce from Katy Perry. Though we are not surprised byh this brerak up because of pictures of the two vacationing in different parts of the country. We still hate to know that another marraige has failed. Here is what Russell had to say:
”Sadly, Katy and I are ending our marriage. I’ll always adore her and I know we’ll remain friends.”
