A month after giving birth to her second child, daughter Penelope Scotland Disick, Kourtney Kardashian introduces her new baby girl to the world on this weeks cover of US Weekly Magazine. Kourtney and Penelope share the cover with beaming big brother Mason, but daddy Scott is noticeably missing! Hmmm, what’s that about?
