President Barack Obama stopped by Jimmy Fallon to address the taxing of college loans. Since POTUS is one cool President, he joined Jimmy Fallon for Slow Jam News. Jimmy calls him the “Preezy of the United Steezy” and the “Barackness Monster.” Kind of funny!
