It was very hard not to see Solange Knowles in Austin, Texas as she performed alongside The Roots at the SXSW conference and festival.
PAUSE! I’m not sure how I feel about this ensemble! I love Solange and her style but GOT DAMMIT she’s blinding me!
The color blocking with the polka dots is a bit much!
Now, I don’t mean to toot my on horn but [BEEP BEEP] I have a pretty good sense of fashion and I’m a bit on the wild side so I can identify with most of Solange’s style.

Go you! Go you! Solange still has her music thing going as well as a few modeling gigs here and there (Rimmel London, House of Dereon). Now, modeling can be considered a full time job for her. Next Model Management came knocking on the younger Knowles’ sister’s door and she gladly accepted saying, “Artistic expression is invaluable to me in all walks of my career and I am so excited to continue to develop this path along with such an amazing team at Next Model Management.
