Last night’s BET Awards were full of surprises, some fun stuff, performances and lots of chatter about Jay/Bey/Kanye/Kim. The performance of the night was certainly the Whitney Houston tribute. And the best dressed is still in up the air.

SOULJA BOY IS SUING MANAGER AND ACCUSING HIM OF UNJUSTLY MANIPULATING HIM

DeAndre Cortez Way bka Soulja Boy has had his share of problems lately. His arrest and problems with paying his rent and a possible eviction. Now he’s suing his ex-manager Philip Ransom for convincing him (then 16 years old) to sign contracts that were “unconscionable, oppressive, and unjust.” According to TMZ, Ransom helped himself to 5% of his income for the rest of forever and 50% of his music’s copyrights. Soulja’s paperwork says the contracts were “contrary to music industry custom and practice.” So, what do you think? Was he manipulated and taken advantage of? Or is he just looking to get some money to get through all that he’s going through this year?

It’s just not Soulja Boy’s year! The military hates him, we all found out he lied about buying a a private jet , and remember he recently went to jail for a lot of weed. Well it’s only right that his year end with a bang, or a door slam! Soulja Boy has not paid his $4,725 November rent at his Atlanta condo! If he doesn’t pay by was recently evicted from his Monday, December 5th, his sh*t will be on the streets!!! Pay Up!!

A Few days we told you that 21 year old raper Soulja Boy has been arrested after a traffic stop. During the stop, police found weed, guns and money in vehicle. Soulja and others were arrested and released on $10,000 bond. While being escorted out of the bail bonds building, the apper told reporters, “I’m innocent!” UUUm Soulja , so someone set you up with weed?? Really? You’re innocent?! OK!!

According to TMZ, 21 year old Soulja Boy (DeAndre Cortez Way) was arrested with lots o’ weed, approximately $70,000 in cash, and guns in his car around 3:15 this morning in Templa, GA. Wow! I was just wondering what Mr. Way has been up to, seeing as we haven’t heard from him….well, here’s the answer…get it together Soulja!
