Rapper Drake has added to his arsenal of tattoos. Over the weekend Drake added a photo of his late grandmother and late Uncle Steve to his back right over top of his tattoo of the late Aaliyah. Drake credits his grandmother and uncle with helping him pursue music and raps about them both on his song “Look What You’ve Done“. The singer recently dyed her usually blonde hair brunette, and a few days ago she shaved a large triangle shape in the back of her head, in honor of her friend phograhpher Terry Richardson’s mothers passing. We all know Drake’s love for the late Aaliyah; he tattooed her face so we would know its real. And he is back at it again.
Recently he took this pic of his latest tattoo that reads “416″, the area code for Toronto. Although the tattoo looks unfinished it is finished, the 4 is also shaped into the number 1 for Aaliyah’s birthday 1/16.
I think that’s pretty clever.
