Katy Perry and her purple highlights have been selected as Elle’s “It” girl. We told you all before, any celeb who can land on a September issue is major! With her new movie/documentary, “Katy Perry: Part Of Me” she’s also continuing to get her promo train on..which I’m sure she doesn’t really need.
