We were kind of hoping that the box braid trend would have died out in 2012, but nope, it’s the new year and another celebrity is rocking braids! This time it’s cutie Christina Milian rocking the trend. I have to admit Christina looks cute with her braids, but she looks cute with almost anything. What do you think of Christina’s braids??? WILL KIM KARDASHIAN START A NEW TREND TAKING HER NEW KITTY “MERCY” OUT AND ABOUT?

A few years ago (with the help of socialites such as Paris Hilton), all the ladies started sporting their miniature/ tea cup doggies! Now it looks like that trend may turn to cats with the help of Kim Kardashian and her new teacup Persian Kitty , Mercy (named after Kanye’s hit song) . Now that Kim and her sisters are in Miami to film Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, she’s been spotted out in about running errands with little Mercy in tow (and rocking KW footwear) !!
Such a cute cat, I’ve been saying for years, that I wanted a white persian cat , but my husband hates cats 
. I don’t know how long Kim plans to carry Mercy around, but I had cats for years, and after that cute kitten stage is over, they become quite feisty, not really the animal to take a stroll with. So what do you think? Will the teacup kitty trend catch on?

This Summer’s hottest trend was indeed Box Braids! Wore by some of my fav celebs, I wanted them instantly! Now, we know were this trend originated from right?? Yup, a 1993′s classic, Poetic Justice! Janet Jackson paved the way for over-sized and super long braids!!
Box braids are perfect for the summer; they require very low maintenance and seem to look better as they get older.
