Over the years we have watched the weight literally fall off of Jennifer Hudson, which she credits to solely working out and Weight Watchers, although we think gastric bypass may have helped a little, Jennifer denies that it did. However Jennifer Hudson did open up to Oprah for her recent interview on Next Chapter about her body image and she admitted that in 2006 for her role in Dream Girls, she got her lips injected, because of a dent in her lips that were picking up bad lighting.
‘When I did Dreamgirls I actually had to get my dent right here injected because it was affecting the lighting.
‘And when I got it done the doctor was like, “I do not want to do this do you realize people come in here and pay to have the lips you have naturally.And I was like, “I don’t want to but I have to for the movie!”

We all know Raven-Symone as a childhood star “Olivia” as role she played on “The Cosby Show” and also her role in “That’s so Raven” We all also know that she was a thick on the Disney show “That’s so Raven” well now in the issue of Rolling Out, she tells that she was stressed taping the sitcom and once she was done she was going to lose the weight and feel GREAT!
Okay so we all remember my post a couple a weeks ago about the new product I’m trying called Beach Body. Well since I have been doing Beach Body in two weeks I have lost 15lbs.
My regimem in includes:
Small breakfast (oatmeal and a piece of fruit)
100 calorie snack
30 minute cardio Pilates workout
Lunch. (Small salad with chicken/tuna)
A piece of fruit and a few nuts
20 minute walk around the block
Dinner before 8
15 minutes of stretching
I have been doing this for two weeks straight and the 15 lbs quickly came off. I must say that my SEX life has also improved and I didn’t think it could have gotten better.
I would advise any woman to at least try Beach Body for a great deal of weight loss and a BETTER SEX life.
